Stretch marks, saggy boobs, that extra flap of belly skin that makes you reach for the nearest pair of high-waist jeans-motherhood sure can wreak havoc on a gal's figure. It's no wonder so many celebrity moms call up their plastic surgeon as soon as the umbilical cord is cut. The stars below have all flirted with cosmetic surgery to regain their pre-baby bods.
Gwyneth PaltrowGwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow
While pregnant with her second child, the unfortunately named Moses, Paltrow lamented to Allure magazine about the effects motherhood had had on her breasts. According to The Daily Mail, Paltrow said, "I think women who have breastfed understand what I'm saying-that if you get a boob job it's more reconstructive surgery, actually, than cosmetic surgery. Everybody should do what makes them feel good and happy as long as they are not starving themselves to death. But if you can eat in a healthy way and keep exercising and get a little something done here and there, why not? I'm sure when the time comes, I'll be in there doing something." The actress does appear to be back to her signature lean and lanky shape, but whether that's thanks to surgery or lots of yoga is anyone's guess. If the typically small-chested star comes out with boobs up to her chin, we'll know she followed through on her plans.

Most expectant moms daydream about baby names and who the little tyke will most resemble. Jordan-also known as Katie Price-however, has sets her sights on the plastic surgery she'll have once she gives birth to her third child later this summer. According to ContactMusic.com, the British model/TV personality-no stranger to the plastic surgeon's office-plans to "shrink her breasts, puff up her lips, and tighten her vagina," heading straight to surgery once the baby's popped out. The article quotes the always forthcoming star as saying, "(My breasts) have already gone saggy after three children so I want them perking up and made smaller. They'll still be big but not as big and I'm going to go for the fake-looking American-style boob job. I really love that." We wish her luck with her little bundles of joy.
Victoria BeckhamVictoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham

On a foggy day Stevie Wonder could tell you that Victoria Beckham's (aka Posh Spice) chest has been inflated since she's had her three boys. And Beckham has made it clear that she's not opposed to a little nip/tuck. A Softpedia article reports that she told OK! magazine, "There are loads of things I don't like about my body. ...Also I have no definition, probably from having babies. I could go to the gym but I haven't got the time or the energy. I don't think there's anything wrong with cosmetic surgery-if it's right for you and you're doing it for the right reasons." We say that being married to a hunk like David Beckham is reason enough to get a tune-up.
Patricia HeatonPatricia Heaton

When questioned about her tummy tuck and breast lift, the "Everybody Loves Raymond" actress unapologetically told Oprah this: "Giving birth four times has taught me that a plastic surgeon is a girl's best friend. Having a C-section every two years makes your stomach end up looking like one of those cute Chinese Sharpei dogs-that have all the folds and skins hanging off them. That's not cute. My breasts-you had to fold them like Origami to get them into a bra. It was horrible. The advantage to having them lifted was my waistline went down because I no longer had to tuck 'em in my belt." Note to self: Never have four kids.
Shar JacksonShar Jackson

Proving that losing Kevin Federline to Britney Spears was quite possibly the best thing that ever happened to her, original baby momma Shar Jackson milked her 15 minutes of fame even further when she publicized her tummy tuck and breast lift earlier this year to eliminate motherhood-related loose skin, saggy breasts, and stretch marks. (Fun fact: Jackson has actually given birth four times-only her youngest two are the spawn of Federline.) Shar's surgeon, Dr. Ghada Afifi, told "Inside Edition" that the $16,000 procedure "got rid of a lot of skin, a lot of stretch marks." Maybe Shar can give Britney a referral?
Patsy KensitPatsy Kensit

British babe Patsy Kensit (Lethal Weapon 2) admits getting a boob job after giving birth to her son with then-husband Liam Gallagher from Oasis, but she's changed her tune about further work. According to ContactMusic.com, the actress has said, "I had my breasts done after having children because breast-feeding takes its toll. I've had temporary things done in the past but that's not me now. As an actress I have to show expressions." That's okay, Patsy-men don't mind a few wrinkles so long as you've got a nice rack.
Stephanie SeymourStephanie Seymour

Stephanie Seymour
Okay, Stephanie Seymour has never come out and confessed to cosmetic surgery, but no woman looks that good after having four kids without a little help. Just ask Patricia Heaton. It's been widely rumored that Seymour has at the very least had a breast enlargement, and judging by her rock-hard abs, we'd guess a touch of lipo as well. And in New York magazine's directory of local plastic surgeons, they mention one Dr. Alan Matarasso, asking, "How do you think...Stephanie Seymour maintained that body after three children?" (Seymour gave birth to a daughter afterwards, but the sentiment remains the same.)
Tori SpellingTori Spelling

Tori Spelling
Tori Spelling's already taken the plastic surgery plunge-you think she was born with that nose and bra size?-so why stop now after giving birth? And if you can make it a family affair, all the better. The National Enquirer has reported that Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott are planning to get his-and-hers Botox injections, with a little Restylane for her lips thrown in. Says a source, "While Tori usually gets injections every two months, she put them on hold after she got pregnant. But the last time she went in, she took Dean along for some Botox and made a convert out of him." Aww, how romantic. Spelling's also said to be considering mesotherapy to help regain her pre-baby figure. Thank goodness she resolved that messy inheritance feud-that surgery really adds up!
Britney SpearsBritney Spears

Has she or hasn't she? Hubby Numero Uno Jason Alexander says Brit-Brit's had a tummy tuck. The Sun claims that she's jetted off to Vegas to meet with a liposuction specialist. Dr. Anthony Youn of CelebrityCosmeticSurgery.blogspot.com claims he's seen no evidence of a tummy tuck. And recent photos would suggest that, well, she still has a ways to go. Heck, we're just glad to see that she's wearing panties again. Baby steps, y'all.

Honesty

I loved Patricia Heaton's honest answer. I have more respect for people who know what they are doing and why and do not feel ashamed about it.
