It must be hard to be the kid sister of Jessica Simpson. On the one hand, you've got a killer wardrobe from which to borrow and being able to recite the alphabet makes you the smartest in the family. On the other hand, nobody wants to be known as the "not hot one." But that's nothing a little nose job can't fix, as Ashlee Simpson found out in April 2006. With her new, svelte nose and long blonde locks, Simpson is giving Jess a run for her money (she's still working on that whole lip-synching thing, though). As reported by People.com, Simpson told Harper's Bazaar, "I'm happy with my looks." Well, who wouldn't be, after losing that toucan nose?

Tom Jones
It's not unusual to be loved by anyone. It is unusual to spend a fortune on plastic surgery, Tom Jones. The Welsh singer has been pretty forthcoming about his dalliances with cosmetic surgery-including an eyelift and fat reduction underneath the chin-but even his plastic surgeon has put the kibosh on more work. Jones told The Daily Mail, "I went to see a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and he said: 'You've got to be careful with your eyes.' He advised me against having anything else done. He said I should try to look as natural as I can." That may mean fewer panties being thrown at him by 50-year-old groupies, but it's probably the healthier choice.

Vince Neil
Please, please tell us that the plastic surgeon who gave Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil his facelift was named Dr. Feelgood. The rocker proved he wasn't too bad-ass to beautify when he underwent surgery for the reality program "The Remake of Vince Neil." According to ContactMusic.com, Neil said, "They spent like nine hours on my face and they kinda lit the fire under my butt to get back in shape and eat right, do the stuff and look better and sing better and the whole thing that goes along with it." What's next-Tommy Lee becoming a Scientologist?

Fergie
The Black Eyed Peas singer claims she's never had surgery-but would be open to it-but photos seem to suggest that someone's been phunking with her face. According to Dr. Tony Youn of CelebrityCosmeticSurgery.blogspot.com, "She very well may have had a rhinoplasty and a browlift. Her nose looks considerably thinner and shorter in the after photo. The nose often gets shorter when it is thinned or a bump is taken off. Her brows are also excessively arched. This is most likely the result of an endoscopic browlift (short scars, less recovery than the traditional browlift), combined with some possible Botox." Her humps, her humps, her lovely lady lumps are 100% genuine, however.

Axl Rose
According to Starpulse.com, Skid Row's Sebastian Bach claims that Axl Rose hasn't had a lick of plastic surgery or Botox. According to our eyes, that's total BS. Heck, he even made AwfulPlasticSurgery.com, which had this to say: "He looks like a totally different person after a light facelift, cheekbone implants, and assorted chemical peels that have left his skin rosy pink. Ewww." We agree-and those cornrows should be sent back to Bo Derek immediately.

Gene Simmons
Gene Simmons always looked better when his face was hidden under layers of garish KISS stage paint, so it's not surprising that the rocker recently received a facelift, brow lift, and liposuction. "I am more in love with myself than ever before," Simmons told ETonline.com. "I have been delusional about my looks since I was a kid. There is no hope for me now. I am staying with me forever." One procedure he'll definitely never need? Tongue implants.

Barry Manilow
No one would ever accuse Barry Manilow of having had a nose job, but come on-most men over the age of 60 aren't that tan, blonde, and fresh-faced. Is there a plastic surgeon hiding in his baby grand piano? According to The Daily Mail, Manilow is rumored to have had a facelift in 2003. The newspaper even enlisted plastic surgeon Alex Karidis to weigh in on the singer's youthful appearance. "There's a small hollow under his chin," Karidis noted. "He looks to have had some fat removed. There is also a notable absence of nose to mouth lines, and whilst with many people time and age tend to empty out the cheeks, his look more filled out than in previous years. This would suggest ample use of Botox, perhaps three to four treatments a year. His forehead is also incredibly smooth, which is again suggestive of a filler injection."

Cher
What procedure hasn't Cher had? Rhinoplasty, breast implants, rumored cheek implants...if she had Sonny had stayed together, she probably would have sent him in to have his legs lengthened. The self-dubbed "plastic surgery poster girl" has even explored getting laser surgery to remove her tattoos, says BodyLanguage.net. Still, Cher wouldn't be Cher without a surgery scar here and there.

Christina Aguilera
Once upon a time, the only plastic things about this "Beautiful" singer were her Mickey Mouse ears. Now? It's anyone's guess. Says MakeMeHeal.com, "Aguilera is rumored to have had all kinds of procedures, including a breast augmentation that boosted her from A cups to C cups. Aguilera's nose appears worked on and she has also been spotted with fuller lips in some pictures, which suggest she had lip injections. Being that she regularly wears fake contact lenses and hair extensions of all sorts, plastic surgery is not a far stretch for the imagination." We wonder if Aguilera's ever considered giving her big-nosed hubby Jordan Bratman a referral.

Beyonce
Is Beyonce a "Survivor" of plastic surgery? According to the CelebrityPlasticPics.com, the singer appears to have had rhinoplasty, and we've all seen those funky armpits of hers. Dr. Tony Youn of CelebrityCosmeticSurgery.blogspot.com says that they "might be evidence of a breast augmentation through the armpit. Breast implants can be placed most commonly through the armpit, underneath the breast, and around the areola. The implants are often placed through the armpit in people with darker skin, as this area is known to be resistant to keloid formation. Unfortunately, some people can develop a band of scar tissue which extends between the armpit scar and the breast implant pocket. It can even create a pulling sensation, and resemble a band such as may be seen here." Get that girl some sleeves!
