What actions should you take, or not take, after bad plastic surgery?

A victim of bad plastic surgery, Georgette Gilbert's actions against her surgeon, Dr. Jonathan Sykes MD, didn't stop in the courtroom. In fact, just enter his name in a Google search, and you'll find not only his professional website, but Gilbert's website chronicling her malpractice suit against him. In a world where just about every surgeon claims "Top Doc" status on the Internet, why shouldn't unhappy consumers have the right to dispute those claims on the web?
