Where do you draw the beauty line with your pre-teens?

According to a recent article in TheDailyMail, there's a growning number of pre-teens who start their day by applying a full-face of makeup. Personally, I think the problem lies with the parents. Althought I don't have kids, if my niece starts selling lemonde at 10 in hopes of making enough to pay for the hot new lipstick, I won't think twice about taking her away from my sister! Too young!
