How would you react if your spouse gave you a plastic surgery gift certificate?

After reading an article about the growing trend of couples giving plastic surgery gift certificates as a holiday or birthday present, I started to wonder how i would react if my boyfriend gave me one... UNSOLICITED. Personally, even if the gift had been something we had discussed, I know that in the back of my mind I would always wonder if he was secretly unhappy with a part of my body or face.
