It is ethical to get plastic surgery done

Is plastic surgery going against God's will? Aren't we created a certain way- a way that shouldn't be changed? I think it is ethical to do plastic surgery and I don't think God minds (I don't mean to at all pretend to know the mind of God however) and I think it is a personal decision...
