body sculpting

my wife has been wondering about getting a safe procedure of body sculpting. though she really wants to undergo treatment like such, i'm wondering what her reaction will be if i gave her a gift cheque or some sort for body sculpting. i am afraid that she will take this as an insult and that she will fill bad and insecure of her body thinking that i want someone with a sexy body. but the thing is i want to do this for her for she's been feeling down lately because of her rapid gain weight and size. so how could i do this without hurting her feelings and ego? thanks.
