Scared of knife

My wife always wanted to have a liposuction procedure done, but her problem is...she's afraid to be cut by a knife..eventhough, knowing that the procedure is painless, she said that just imagining her being cut off and drained stresses her and freaks her out. Can you suggest ay procedure that doesn't include cutting her and stitching her up? this would help a lot for I want to give to her as a gift for christmas, any suggested effective procedure. thanks guys & gals.
