... that if you wait long enough and keep your telephoto lens at hand, you will catch everybody, even female bodybuilders, with the so-called "cellulite". If you stand upright and even slightly tighten your gluteal muscles (like you do with a good posture), the flesh over it will pucker up.
The fat over the derriere is the last you lose, whether you suffer from anorexia or are in the peaking phase for a studio competition. Only skeletons can be absolutely secure never to be "caught" with a dimple or two (and why "caught"? Is it illegal to have them?). On the other hand, skeletons like Victoria Beckham have loos skin and dreadful holes where other people have flesh. Look at her knee, its frightening! (BTW, it must not come from liposuction, it can be due to excessive dieting, I have seen this kind of emaciation mark in women's bodybuilding competitions.)
IMHO we all can look good when dressed and made up, and if we retouch our photographs in Photoshop we can all pass as models. Look here: http://www.bendecho.de/b926441e9e-wahre-schoenheit how a Plain Jane is turned into a cover model.
Just don't ever run around in baggy pants an with unwashed hair, and everything will be all right.
I'd say...
