I can't quite understand

I can't quite understand why people , want to change their faces wasting millions of dollars . I think it is total waste of money because as you get old it is obvious that you'll look old and eventually one day you're going to die . So , what is the use of dying looking great . I guess it's because peple think that when they go to heaven they need to look great . lol
