There must be something in the water over at the "Dancing with the Stars" set. Aging booty-shakers Jane Seymour, Wayne Newton, and Marie Osmond aren't the only ones with a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon waiting in the wings - now dancer Karina Smirnoff has gone under the knife.

The juiciest part about Smirnoff's new nose job (it's reportedly been broken in the past) is that boyfriend Mario Lopez (yes, as in AC Slater) is the one who told her to do it, sources tell Star Magazine. Sounds like somebody will not be winning the Supportive Boyfriend of the Year award.

"He's been suggesting she get her nose fixed for a long time, and she finally caved in and did it," a friend tells Star. "She's afraid that if she doesn't keep him attracted to her, he'll leave her. Her goal in life is to get a ring on her finger from Mario, and she'll do anything to keep him - even plastic surgery! It's too bad Mario doesn't make her feel beautiful the way she is."

So what does Mario have to say for himself? "She did what she did for medical reasons," he says.

What do you think? Is Mario Lopez the worst boyfriend ever, or what? And doesn't this remind you of the time Jessie had to sneak into the movie theatre dressed as an old man to keep Slater from returning to his ex-girlfriend?
