Okay. So truth be told, I actually find it a wee difficult pointing out the GINORMOUS, ahem, flaws of Hollywood heiress Tori Spelling. Perhaps it's because the 33-year-old actress lost her famous father, Aaron, shortly before giving birth to her first child this past Tuesday. Or perhaps it's the media's portrayal of Tori's mother, Candy Spelling, as a modern day Cruella DeVille. Then again, News24.com just reported that Candy and Tori are in the process of patching up their rocky relationship now that a grandson's in the picture. Oh yes, I know what it is that keeps me from totally bashing the tall blonde's surgically enhanced "assets." It's the photos of Tori pushing her pug Mimi La Rue in a mesh-side stroller around town. What can I say? I'm an animal lover who appreciates all other animals lovers, even if their fake boobs would look unnaturally large on King Kong. You know, if King Kong were a girl and all.
Kellie PicklerAwful Plastic Surgery I certainly voted for Season 5 American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler last year, when, on national television, she not only mispronounced the word "salmon," but claimed not knowing its meaning. Yes, it was a Jessica Simpson-esque flub that earned her a loyal following, a record deal, and a song performance on this season's American Idol to promote her new single, "I wonder." But alas, the sweet, naive, 20-year-old North Carolina native did not look like the girl most of us cried for last year, when she told all of America that her Daddy was in prison and her mama had run off.
Yes, lots has changed for Kellie Pickler. Her new album "Small Town Girl" went gold on January 17th, 2007, despite the fact that Pickler's new look proves there's nothing really "small" about her these days. Host Ryan Seacrest hit the mark while interviewing Pickler after her most recent live performance on the show. While struggling not to gaze down into her new eye-popping cleavage, he asked her what she's been spending her money on lately. Kellie's response: "Just shoes." If that's truly the case, I'd say Kellie needs to fire her personal shopper!
Victoria BeckhamAwful Plastic Surgery I worry about insulting this woman. In truth... she terrifies me! Okay, sure, I could probably slam her against the back wall with a small puff of air blown in her direction, but there's still something about that look in her eyes that sends chills down my spine. Then again, I'd probably look a little pissed off, too, if I hadn't eaten since the turn of the century. Personal fears aside, I couldn't NOT include Victoria "Posh" Beckham on this list. Just look at those soccer balls under her skin! Clearly her international soccer star husband, David, needs to ban his rail-thin wife from the equipment room before she steals anything else!

Reid, like many celebrities, claims to have gotten her first boob job because her breasts were uneven. (Yes, apparently in Hollywood "uneven" is code for small.)
"First of all, I asked for big Bs, and he did not give me big Bs." Reid tells US. "He gave me Cs, and I didn't want them. At all. Right after the surgery, I had some bumps along the edges of my nipples, but the doctor said, 'Don't worry, it's going to be better.' But after six months of 'it's going to get better,' it started to get worse and worse."
Despite Reid's corrective surgery, her boobs are lookin' a little droopy these days. Even if you disagree, one would think that after her red carpet fiasco, Reid would have, at the very least, seen the upside to wearing a bra.

A friend of Christina's told the tabloid, "'Christina is no longer concealing the big-girl boobs she got from a plastic surgeon. At first she was hesitant to show off her new figure.'" I don't know about you, but if I had my own genie in a bottle, I would've asked for somethin' a little different.
Paris HiltonAwful Plastic Surgery One would think - or hope - that Paris Hilton has grown tired of seeing her body all over the Web. Not that she has anything else to offer. According to The Sun, Paris has gone under the knife to give the Paparazzi a new and bustier "angle" to shoot from. The hotel heiress was caught on camera outside a Hollywood nightclub this past month sporting a low-cut baby doll dress and big boobs. At least BIGGER than the ones we're all soooooo familiar with. One onlooker said: "'Her breasts seemed massive. Everyone was staring.'" Best I can guess, her plastic surgeon thinks less of her than I do. And God bless him!
