The Screen Actors Guild may go by “SAG,” but its star-studded award show on Sunday night showed almost no signs of sagginess. Whether blessed with good genes or, let’s be honest, plenty of Botox, Hollywood’s finest revealed suspiciously flawless faces that suggested a fountain of youth might be hidden on some studio backlot. But not everyone was a winner, and we don’t just mean the overlooked nominees. See who was a smooth operator, who sported scary surgery, and who might need a little touch-up.

We’ve got to give Vanessa Williams props. Not only did she manage to make a mustard-hued dress look totally fierce, but she also freely admits to getting Botox.

Yes, “CSI” star Marg Helgenberger could easily rank as one of the world’s hottest 49-year-olds. But anyone who has actually watched the first few seasons of her hit TV show—not to mention anyone who realizes that a 49-year-old with no sign of wrinkles must be pumped full of Botox—can tell you that she’s had some work done, including collagen lip injections. Marg may be genuinely happy, but it looks like she’s going to pop a blood vessel if she “smiles” any bigger.

OMG! writes, “Forty-nine-year-old Michelle Pfeiffer puts women half her age to shame,” and we have to agree. Though Pfeiffer has denied undergoing any plastic surgery, we wouldn’t be surprise if an occasional nip of Botox here and there were involved. That, or a pact with the devil.

Angelina Jolie’s immaculate skin (just try to find a wrinkle on that forehead!) and PDA sessions with Brad Pitt did little to distract the rest of us from ogling the potential baby bump lurking underneath her mumu-esque dress. But if Angelina is in fact preggers again, doesn’t it seem a little suspicious that a mother to 4+ kids doesn’t look like she got run over by a double-decker bus? And we all know that Angelina’s been known to have a dalliance or two with a plastic surgeon. We’re referring of course to the guy who did her reported nose job, not Billy Bob Thornton and his knife collection.

Cate Blanchett doesn’t give us that Botox vibe, but we’d love to have the number of her facialist. Of course, one could chalk up her flawless, porcelain complexion to that good ol’ fashioned pregnancy glow. If you’d love the look, but aren’t willing to have a baby to get it, stock up on Cate’s beloved SK-II skincare products.

We adore Christina Applegate, but she looks old enough to be Bud Bundy’s mom in this photo. Her silver shadow isn’t doing her any favors, and this close-up reveals an oily forehead and tired skin that looks like it’s battled with acne in the past. Get thee to a dermatologist, girl!

E!’s Debbie Matenopoulos is best known for her short-lived stint on “The View,” but it’s “the view” of her face that disturbs us the most. With her stiff smile and somewhat wonky left eye, Debbie appears to be showing signs of some shoddy plastic surgery—perhaps Botox or an eye lift gone wrong?

As huge Catherine Keener fans, this pains us to say it, but…maybe it’s time for an eye job? Yes, the pushing-50 actress is still stunning, and we’d hate for her to do anything to compromise her ability to tackle gritty roles. Still, a gentle “eye refresher” would do wonders for those undereye lines. Just saying.
