Madajet removes the need for needles The New Vasectomy - No Needles, No Scalpels

Good news for men who don’t want their, um, pricks to feel a prick: The Journal of Urology reports that vasectomies can now be done without a scalpel and even without a needle for anesthesia.
The no-scalpel vasectomy, a popular type of vasectomy that involves a small puncture of the skin rather than an incision (ouch), can now be done in conjunction with no-needle pain relief. No-needle anesthesia uses a device called MadaJet that injects an aerosolized local anesthetic into the skin, underlying tissue, and vas deferens without the need for a hypodermic needle.Pain as measured with a standard scale was significantly lower with the jet injection than with the needle injection, the authors report.
And, according to this report, it’s now easier to reverse a vasectomy. Hey, you never know…
Dude, you have no more excuses.
