Celebrity.bloggingit reports, "Hot, and slightly freaky, actress Rose McGowan has admitted that she had plastic surgery after being in a car accident that could have left her nearly albino face scarred."

The New York Post claims, "McGowan was a passenger in a car that collided with another, and the accident pushed her eyeglasses into her face. 'I didn't realize I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin. My glasses had sliced me under my eye,'" the actress tells the Post. "She was terrified of scarring, but found an excellent plastic surgeon."

Celebrityrumors.com adds, "Rose McGowan is rumored to be a homewrecker. The Grindhouse star reportedly started a torrid on-set romance with director Robert Rodriguez. And his wife didn't appreciate it." The production of Grindhouse reportedly shut down for a month after Elizabeth, Rodriquez' wife, learned of the affair.
