Have we learned nothing from Johnny “Wino Forever” Depp? Judging by the case of “Laguna Beach” star (and possible new “The Hills” cast member) Kristin Cavallari, apparently not.

E! Online’s The Hum is reporting that Cavallari has sought out the tattoo-removal services of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan – known for giving fellow MTV reality star Heidi Montag her makeover. Turns out Kristin’s romantic gesture of getting actor Nick Zano’s initials etched into her wrist have backfired now that the couple has split.

"It is kind of painful," a source says, "but she wants that thing off."

Oops! At least Cavallari’s in good company. In addition to Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, and Kimberly Stewart have also had their misguided tattoos removed and/or altered.
