At a time when a singer would rather cop to lip-synching than admit to a very obvious nose job, it's refreshing when a celebrity gets off their high horse and comes clean about the work they've had done. Then there are the few stars who don't just 'fess up - they want to take you in the operating room with them.

Following in the surgery footsteps of Gene Simmons and Shar Jackson is "Extra" TV presenter Dayna Devon. The new mom let People's cameras roll as she underwent a tummy tuck to remove some post-baby "lower abdomen pooch." Says Devon, "I think when you get pregnant so many different things happen to your body and most of them you can't really fix. This is one I can fix."

Luckily for Devon she's married to a plastic surgeon, Dr. Brent Moelleken, who performed her "mommy makeover" tummy tuck. Moelleken assured Devon that the two-hour surgery would restore her waistline. Most husbands won't even take out the trash. Hang on to him, Dayna!

When asked why she chose to go public - really, really public - with her surgery, Devon said that she didn't want people to have the false perception that celebrity moms' bodies "snap right back after pregnancy." Unless, of course, you're Heidi Klum.
