Nip/Tucked Celebrities Seek Cameos on "Nip/Tuck"

How can one not like a television show that routinely begins in a plastic surgeon’s office, where one of the two docs says to a new client, “Tell us what you don’t you like about your self.” Yes, I’m a fan of the show few proudly admit watching, hooked at the start of the first season.

Has Madonna had plastic surgery?Has Madonna had plastic surgery?

For those of you who don’t have cable, the FX series "Nip/Tuck" centers around the lives of two Miami-based plastic surgeons, Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon). The hour-long drama is known for their scantily clad characters, high profile guest stars, and storylines that hinge on sex, blackmail, seduction, cheating, lying, scandal, and murder. According to ABC News, creator of the series, Ryan Murphy, is currently writing parts for two Hollywood divas who may be more qualified for their Nip/Tuck cameos than they would like to admit...

Madonna, who at 48 has a Most Requested Celebrity Feature, will bare all during her appearance on the show next season. Who will she play? Some, like myself, might argue that it doesn’t really matter. A source told TheSun.co.uk: "'Everybody ends up taking their clothes off and usually having sex with Julian McMahon's character Dr Christian Troy.'"

Although the Material Girl continues to deny ever having had plastic surgery, MakeMeHeal.com has me believing otherwise. The website claims Madonna visited a plastic surgeon two years ago for a facelift and Botox treatments. They also report she had her nose "slimmed" while undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure in the 1990's.

"Even top London surgeon Apostolos Gaitanis says, 'I suspect she has been enhanced by cosmetic surgery. Her jawline looks less soft and better defined. This may have been done with a mini-lift which involves the tightening of over-relaxed facial muscles and the removal of excess skin.'"

Nicole Kidman: Too much Botox?Nicole Kidman: Too much Botox?

Wrinkle-free actress Nicole Kidman is also set to guest star on the series. I'm hoping, praying rather, it's the Aussie's way of poking fun at herself for having too much work done to her face. MakeMeHeal.com speculates that Kidman has had breast augmentation, lip augmentation, and rhinoplasty. And I certainly wouldn't be surprised if her IMDB (Internet Movie Database) profile now reads Nicole Kidman: Actress/Botox and Collagen Abuser. Although I do love my bi-annual Botox injections, I believe Kidman’s face should be printed on the neurotoxin's WARNING LABEL. Perhaps that would serve as a friendly reminder to all those syringe-happy docs that there is in fact merit in the phrase Too much of a good thing.
