First Lindsay Lohan got boobs. Then Hilary Duff got veneers (and maybe boobs). Now comes word that "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale has had a nose job. What's next, a tummy tuck for "Hannah Montana"?

Though she's only 22 years old, the Disney starlet underwent rhinoplasty last week to treat a deviated septum (ah, that old excuse), she admitted to People Magazine.

"Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing," Tisdale said. "The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose."

At the time of her interview with People Tisdale was still in bandages and feeling discomfort. Here's hoping we don't have to wait until "High School Musical 3" comes out to get a glimpse of her upgraded new schnoz.
